In the paint phase, the booth circulates a
high volume flow of clean, warm air on
to the vehicle. The incoming air flow is
fully filtered, and after passing around
the vehicle it is exhausted through the
paint arrestors. This downdraft flow
pulls overspray down under the vehicle
into a pit instead of along the length of
the vehicle, eliminating overspray and
giving the best possible finish.

During the curing phase, the booth
purges the paint solvents from the
booth atmosphere and transfers a
high temperature air flow downward
around the vehicle. Curing time varies
from 20 to 30 minutes, depending on
the size of the vehicle and they type
of paint being used. Again, only
highly filtered air is used during this
phase, ensuring that the highest
standard of finish is maintained.
